Consignor Information

Entering your information correctly is very important, ESPECIALLY YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER.    
Enter all information carefully, and double check to be sure it's correct.  If you are unsure of your consignor number, see the example:

N564XBL is the consignor# for this example. Please remove hyphens and enter your consignor number in this format A123BCD. Your consignor# can be found on any of your tags or on the tagging website.

Don't forget to sign up for our event in your tagging site!

  • Reminder, if you do not sign up as a consignor, your inventory will not be pointed toward the sale and you won't be able to see what sold on your end.

Drop Off

Sun, Jan 26th & Mon, Jan 27th- by appointment

All consignors must schedule a drop off time to ensure that we have a limited amount of people in the building. If you have OVER 300 items please come between 6-8 on Sunday Jan 26th.

We want to have enough help to get everyone in and out quickly. You can arrive any time between your scheduled time. Children are welcome, but we strongly suggest not bringing them to Drop Off.

You will leave clothing in our inspection area. Then place your non-clothing items on the sales floor (or take a break). We will text you after your clothes are inspected and ready for you to place on the racks. 

Express Drop Off - We put your items out.

Sun, Jan 26th 1pm-2pm

You can purchase Express drop off and we will place your items on the sales floor for you. All you do is bring your items into the building, check in at the computer, and then we do the rest!

If you are not in the perfect consignor list, you will need to wait for your items to be inspected. Please have clothing organized by size and gender. 

IMPORTANT: If there are more than 3 items with stains/defects, there will be a .50 charge for each stained item. 

The cost for this service is $30 for up to 300 items (+Regfox charges a small fee). Please add a ticket for each group of 300 items. 


Pick-up Unsold Items

  • If you chose to donate, you're all set. We have partnered with area non-profit organizations who serve those in need. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.

  • If you chose not to donate your unsold items, you must reserve an appointment below to pick them up.


  • Pick up during your reserved time only. Items not picked up by 1:31pm are donated to our charity partners.

Grab your tickets at check-in when you drop off!

Each seller who drops off their items to sell, will be eligible for early shopping during Seller Presale for yourself + 2 guests.

Consignor Waiver
Read and click  "I have read and agree to the terms"  box to indicate your agreement.


I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) of Norman and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I understand that JBF of Norman is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF of Norman has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF of Norman for the items I offer for sale, less a $10.00 Consignor Fee for participation in the JBF Norman Sale.

I understand JBF Norman will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.

I understand if my item is marked full price, it will only be sold at full price; if my item is marked to reduce, it will be discounted during 25% off day, Half Price Presale and on 50% off day.

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission.

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.

I understand that unsold items that are NOT marked DONATE will be sorted to the first letter of my consignor number. I will be responsible for picking up my items from each area.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment.
